Deployment and access

An authorized administrator redeems the entitlement into the eligible organization, assigns the required licenses and creates a provisioning policy in Microsoft Intune.

During provisioning, the administrator selects an available Windows Enterprise image, language and supported deployment region. After deployment completes, the assigned user can connect through a supported browser or Windows App.

Requirements

The assigned user must have eligible Windows Enterprise, Microsoft Intune, Microsoft Entra ID P1 and Windows 365 licenses. Application licensing requirements apply separately.

This entitlement is governed by Microsoft partner internal-use terms. Eligibility, permitted use, redemption options and the applicable expiry must be confirmed against the source benefit before activation.
